The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 domestic season, with competitions spanning men’s, women’s and age-group cricket. The campaign will begin with the Duleep Trophy on August 23, 2026, and conclude with the Senior Women’s Interzonal Multi Day Trophy on March 28, 2027. The calendar includes red-ball, one-day and T20 tournaments across multiple categories.

BCCI announces the Ranji Trophy to begin from October 11

The men’s domestic season will open with the Duleep Trophy from August 23 to September 10, followed by the Irani Cup from October 1 to 5. The Ranji Trophy Elite and Plate competitions will begin on October 11, with the league stage split into two phases before the knockout rounds in early 2027. The Ranji Trophy Elite final phase is scheduled from February 9 to March 3, while the Plate competition will conclude on January 28.

The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy Elite competition will be played from November 14 to December 6, while the Vijay Hazare Trophy Elite will run from December 14 to January 8, 2027. The domestic calendar also includes the Col. C.K. Nayudu Trophy, Vinoo Mankad Trophy, Cooch Behar Trophy and Vijay Merchant Trophy, ensuring a busy season for Under-23, Under-19 and Under-16 cricketers.

The women’s domestic calendar will begin with the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy on October 26.

It will be followed by the Senior Women’s Interzonal T20 Trophy in November and the Senior Women’s One Day Trophy from December 19 to January 10. The Senior Women’s Interzonal One Day Trophy is scheduled for February 17 to 27, while the Senior Women’s Interzonal Multi Day Trophy from March 13 to 28 will bring the season to a close.

The BCCI has also scheduled Women’s Under-23, Under-19 and Under-15 tournaments in both T20 and one-day formats. The Women’s Under-19 T20 Trophy will begin on October 9, while the Women’s Under-15 One Day Trophy starts on January 5, 2027. The season will also feature the Vizzy Trophy for Inter-University teams from February 22 to 28, completing a comprehensive domestic calendar across all levels of Indian cricket.
