‘Chota Cheeku’: Virat Kohli meets his lookalike fan during India nets ahead of New Zealand ODIs

Virat Kohli met a young lookalike fan at India’s Vadodara nets before the New Zealand ODI series, calling him ‘Chota Cheeku’ in a viral moment.

Virat Kohli received a big surprise even before the start of the ODI series against New Zealand. Many people had gathered to watch Virat at the Indian team's nets in Vadodara, among whom was a child. The child looked exactly like Kohli did in his childhood. This didn't escape Virat's notice. Kohli spoke with that fan with a smile on his face. He also gave him an autograph. Recently, the child has shared his experience. He revealed that Virat also called him 'Chota Cheeku'.

Regarding this, that young fan opened up in an interview. He revealed that Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were also seen playfully teasing each other about him. That video went viral on social media.

The child says, "I like Virat Kohli's style and personality. I just called out his name once. He immediately turned and looked at me. He came and told me to wait for a while, then he would come back again. After that he went to Rohit Sharma. He told him, look there, my duplicate is sitting there. Not only that, he also affectionately called me Chota Cheeku."

He didn't just meet his favourite cricketer, Virat Kohli; there was a bonus too. The young fan revealed that he also met Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Arshdeep Singh. There's also a discussion about that youngster on social media. Many are drawing comparisons by posting pictures of that child alongside Kohli's childhood photos. One person commented, 'There's not even a slight difference between the two.' Another wrote, 'Very interesting. Looks like the second King Kohli.'
