Men in Blue create history: India clinch third T20 World Cup, beat New Zealand in final

India defeat New Zealand in the final to secure historic back-to-back T20 World Cup titles and lift their third trophy.

India becomes the first team to win back-to-back World Cup trophies, defeating New Zealand by 96 runs. Need wicket: Better call Bumrah and Axar

Batters performed well, but Axar Patel solidified the team's foundation for victory by dismissing New Zealand's first batsman. Finn Allen was sent back to the pavilion after scoring just 9 runs. Both Bumrah and Axar stepped up during critical moments, delivering some of the best bowling spells of their careers. Bumrah took four wickets, while Axar Patel claimed three.
