The stage is all set for the Ranji Trophy Elite quarter finals, starting from February 6. Just like other years, this year also the teams are set to meet each other for an exciting best vs best matchup. Stalwart teams like Chennai, Kerala, Saurashtra and Uttar Pradesh have failed to move into the decisive phase, while Bengal, Mumbai and Karnataka remained consistent teams to qualify. Notably, Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand joined the big names in the quarter finals.
When and where to watch the matches?
All four matches will start from February 6, and the matches will be played at four venues, Mumbai, Kalyani, Indore and Jamshedpur have been confirmed to host the quarter finals. The five-day game will start from 9.30 am and will be streamed on Jio Hotstar, and Star Sports will broadcast the matches.
Exciting match-ups and expectations
Mumbai will take on Karnataka at the Sharad Pawar Cricket Academy ground. Both teams will be filled with stars. Shardul Thakur will lead Mumbai, and players like Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tushar Deshpande will feature in the quarter finals. For Karnataka, KL Rahul, along with Devdutt Paddikal and Mayank Agarwal, will be padded up.

Bengal have to face Andhra in the decider, with Bengal having the home advantage and most of the players coming with form, it will be an interesting matchup against Nitish Kumar Reddy and the battalions.
Jammu and Kashmir has joined the contest with big teams; they are set to face Madhya Pradesh at Indore. The matchup of Rajat Patidar and Umran Malik will be interesting to follow.
Jharkhand is having another great tournament so far; they will face Uttarakhand at Jamshedpur. In the big match, Ishan Kishan’s absence will be missed.
The contest between the best eight teams from the league phase will be interesting, and it is expected that the latter half of the tournament will show some of the best matches.
