Indian cricketer Arjun Tendulkar got married to his longtime partner Saaniya Chandok on March 5 in a lavish ceremony held at a high-security five-star hotel in South Mumbai. The wedding rapidly became one of the most spoken celebrity events of the season, drawing several prominent names from sports business and Bollywood.

The couple got engaged in August 2025 and celebrated their wedding in a grand series of pre-wedding festivities. These included a grand religious ceremony hosted by Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani in Jamnagar along with mehendi and Sangeet celebrations held in Mumbai earlier this month, as reported by Hindustan Times.
Who is Saaniya Chandok?
Despite her recent presence in the public eye, Saaniya Chandok has mostly kept a low profile. She is a Mumbai-based entrepreneur and a partner at 'Mr Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP', a luxury pet grooming and wellness brand, a role she has held since May 2022.
According to reports, Saaniya completed her graduation from the London School of Economics in 2020 with a degree in business management. Motivated by her passion for animals, she also complete a veterinary technician course through the worldwide Veterinary Service.
A prominent business family background
Saaniya Chandok belongs to a prominent business family. She is the daughter of Sunny Chandok and Gaurika Ghai Chandhok and the granddaughter of Ravi Ghai, chairman of the Graviss Group.
The family business is mostly known for its popular ice cream brands such as Kwality Ice cream, The Brooklyn Creamery and Basin Robbins in India. Apart from the food industry, this group has a major role in the hospitality sector and looks after properties like the InterContinental Hotel Mumbai.

Legendary singer Asha Bhosle also made a rare public appearance at the celebration, personally attending at the event to offered her blessings to the newly-married couple.
