With the Re-NEET UG 2026 examination scheduled for June 21, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a dedicated portal to help candidates and the public report suspicious activities, fake paper leak claims and impersonation attempts linked to the medical entrance test.

The move comes as authorities step up measures to protect the integrity of the re-examination, which is being conducted after the cancellation of the original NEET UG 2026 exam following a multi-state paper leak controversy.

NTA launches reporting portal ahead of exam

The newly-introduced platform allows users to report dubious websites, social media posts and individuals claiming to have access to the question paper or answer key.

In an advisory issued before the examination, the NTA urged students not to trust rumours or fraudulent offers promising access to exam content.

"Don't let rumours decide your NEET (UG) 2026 journey. No one, repeat, no one has access to the question paper before the exam," the agency said.

The reporting facility has been made available through the MyGov portal and will remain open from June 14 to June 30, 2026.

Three types of complaints can be reported

According to information shared by the agency, users can submit complaints under three categories.

These include websites or social media accounts claiming access to NEET UG 2026 question papers or answer keys, individuals offering leaked papers or confidential examination material, and cases involving impersonation of NTA officials, government representatives or examination centre staff.

The initiative has been launched under the framework of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, which aims to curb malpractice in public examinations.

How candidates can file a complaint

Candidates who encounter suspicious claims can visit the dedicated portal, register or log in, and provide details of the activity along with supporting evidence.

The NTA has advised aspirants to rely only on official communication channels for examination-related information and avoid unverified claims circulating online.
