The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to declare the NEET UG 2026 re-examination result soon after completing the review of objections submitted against the provisional answer key.
NTA had released the provisional answer key as well as the recording of answers of candidates taking part in the NEET UG 2026 re-exam held on June 21. Candidates have been allotted a deadline of June 28, 2026, within which they can raise objection to the provisional answer key in payment of ₹200 per question as non-refundable.
According to the National Testing Agency, all objections raised by the candidates will be scrutinised by the subject experts prior to preparing the final answer key, which will be used for declaring the NEET UG 2026 re-exam results.

The provisional answer key was released on June 25, allowing candidates to verify their responses and raise objections if required. The objection window will remain open until 11:50 PM on June 28.

Once the challenge process concludes, the NTA will evaluate all representations received from candidates. If any challenge is found to be valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly, and the updated version will be treated as final.
