The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the city intimation slip for the Junior Engineer (JE) CBT 2 examination, enabling qualified candidates to check their allotted examination city ahead of the recruitment test scheduled for July 2, 2026.
The candidates who are going to attend CBT-2 exam for JE, DMS, and CMA posts will be able to find the details of the cities on the official websites of their particular region of RRB. As per the notice from the board, nearly 39,034 candidates have been successful in qualifying for the second round of recruitment process.
Candidates can view the exam city online
In order to download the city intimation slip, candidates must visit the official website of their RRB zone and login via their registration number and password or date of birth.

The candidate gets a chance to get an idea about the examination center in advance through the city slip. The examination is scheduled to be held on July 2 in three different shifts.

However, RRB has made it clear that the city intimation slip is not the admit card and cannot be used as a pass to enter the examination center. The document is being provided only for the information of the candidate regarding the city where the examination center is situated.

Official admit cards are expected to be available from June 28, 2026, that is, four days before the examination. Candidate will have to download the hall ticket separately from the official RRB website and bring it along with a photo identity proof at the time of examination.
