Maintaining its momentum for nearly a month, Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar has climbed into the elite top five of Indian cinema’s highest-grossing titles and is now breathing down the neck of SS Rajamouli’s RRR for the fourth spot.
With worldwide earnings of ₹1207 crore, Dhurandhar has already crossed the lifetime collections of Jawan (₹1160 crore) and KGF Chapter 2 (₹1200 crore). Only RRR, which stands at ₹1230 crore, remains ahead in the immediate race.
Earlier, the film had easily overtaken Pathaan (₹ 1,055 crore), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (₹921 crore), and Animal (₹915 crore).

Now, trade estimates place Dhurandhar’s India net collections at ₹775 crore, while producer Jio Studios claims the figure has crossed ₹800 crore. Only KGF Chapter 2 (₹860 crore) and mega-franchises Pushpa 2 and Baahubali 2 (both ₹1000 crore-plus) sit above it.
Dhurandhar has also surpassed RRR’s India total of ₹782 crore and Jawan’s ₹640 crore domestic haul.
Dhurandhar's profit margin soars past 600%
Overseas, the film faced headwinds due to a Middle East ban, which limited its full international potential. Even so, Dhurandhar has earned $31.5 million abroad, outperforming KGF 2 ($28 million) and Pushpa 2 ($31 million), though it trails Jawan, Pathaan, RRR and Baahubali 2 in global overseas figures.

With films like RRR and Kalki 2898 AD crossing ₹500 crore, which had a budget of ₹250 crore, Dhurandhar was reportedly made for just ₹125 crore. With estimated global net earnings of around ₹900 crore, the film boasts a profit margin of nearly 620%, dwarfing the returns of Jawan, Pathaan and KGF 2.
Now, only Dangal sits higher on the all-time profitability chart.
Dhurandhar Part 2 is set to release in March 2026.
