J-Hope from BTS showed his strong positive influence by donating 300 million Korean won on his birthday before the group's grand comeback in March. A non-profit child welfare organisation named ChildFund Korea announced that J-Hope donated 100 million Korean won to support the education of the students in celebration of his birthday on February 18.
The money will be used as scholarships for students of Gwangju International High School and Jeonnam Women’s Commercial High School who are facing financial problems.

Major contributions and philanthropic efforts of J-Hope: Notably, J-Hope became the 14th member of the "Green Noble Trinity Club" due to this donation. This is an exclusive group for those who have donated more than 1 billion Korean won in total to ChildFund Korea. In addition, J-Hope continues to donate to Asan Medical Centre in Seoul. They further announced on the same day that he donated 200 million Korean won to support the development of the children’s hospital. Since his first donation in 2022, the total amount he has given to the hospital has reached 500 million Korean won.

Regarding this donation, J-Hope shared, “I believe children will one day move toward a hopeful future. I sincerely hope they can overcome their pain and dream bright dreams. Additionally, I continue donating with the desire to repay the ‘ARMY’ (fandom name) who always support me. I am grateful to have practised meaningful sharing on my birthday this year, following last year.”
It is believed that the money will be used to improve medical facilities by creating a better healthcare environment for pediatric and adolescent patients.

BTS is set for the ‘ARIRANG’ comeback event
J-Hope will now return to his main role as a singer and meet fans around the world. BTS will release their new album ARIRANG (Arirang), which includes 14 tracks showing the group’s identity, at 1 p.m. on March 20 and start their full-group promotions accordingly.
On March 21, BTS will hold ‘BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG’ at Gwanghwamun Square to officially announce their significant comeback. The event will be streamed live worldwide through Netflix and will create buzz among fans worldwide.
