Empty liquor bottles lie scattered on the floor of the room. A young man sits in front, mobile phone in hand. A YouTube video is playing on it, showing easy methods of planchette. Incense smoke coils up from the corner of the room toward the ceiling. The surroundings are filled with an intense smell. Suddenly, putting down his mobile, the young man says, "Forgive me. I want to speak with your soul."

MBA student went missing after leaving home
According to police sources, the MBA student left home on February 11 under the pretext of correcting her Aadhaar card. She went straight to the young man's rented house. There, the two chatted for some time and had food. The allegation is that there, under the pretext of giving a "different kind of gift," the young man tied the young woman's hands and feet and raped her. When she screamed, he stuffed a cloth in her mouth, sat on her stomach, and stabbed her chest repeatedly with a knife. So violently that the knife itself broke.
Police claim accused stayed with body after murder
This is not the end. Police claim that after the murder, the young man remained in the room. He went out once to buy alcohol and returned. Then he sat beside the young woman's naked corpse and drank alcohol in good spirits. During interrogation, the young man also confessed to sexually assaulting the dead young woman. Sitting there, he also shared 11 objectionable videos of them in the college WhatsApp group. Then he locked the house and went to stay at a hotel in Panvel. There, the young man was trying to summon his girlfriend's spirit.
On February 14, residents of the area complained to police after smelling a foul odour from the locked house in Dwarkapuri. They broke down the room door and recovered the young woman's body. The young woman's body, lying naked, had begun to decompose. Finally, family members identified her body by looking at the socks on her feet. Police arrested the accused young man from a hotel in Panvel. During interrogation, he also revealed that he wanted to marry the young woman. But when the young woman refused, they fought. After that, he murdered her.
