The Bank of Baroda has started accepting applications for managerial positions, creating a new opportunity for candidates looking for senior roles in banking. The recruitment aims to hire 166 employees across different departments.

The hiring includes ads for major operational and credit functions. The position of Senior Manager-MSME Relationship has been announced 113 times. Additionally, there are 19 openings for Senior Manager-Credit Analyst and 34 for Manager-Credit Analyst.

Process of selection
Multiple stages will be used in the selection process. This may include reviewing applications, an online test, a psychometric test, or any other exam that the bank finds suitable. Shortly after, selected candidates will be invited to participate in a group discussion and/or a personal interview.
The psychometric test or the interview will evaluate key aspects of communication skills, clarity of thought, problem-solving ability, efficiency and willingness to work anywhere in the country. General aptitude for the job will also be assessed at this stage.
Application fee
Candidates from the General, EWS, and OBC categories will need to pay Rs 850 as an application fee along with payment gateway charges. SC, ST, PWD, ESM/DESM candidates, and women also have to pay a fee of Rs 175 plus gateway fees.
This fee is non-refundable and should be paid online, regardless of whether the test is taken or if the candidate is shortlisted.
