Chasing a modest target, India were led by a sparkling innings from Shafali Verma, who blasted an unbeaten 79 off just 42 balls. Even after an early wicket, India cruised to 115 for 2 in 13.2 overs, sealing a comprehensive win and a deserved 3–0 series sweep.

Indian ladies completely outclassed the Sri Lankan players right from the first match; the Indian team set the tone with team performances, Shafali Verma made 157 runs in three matches, consisting of two fifties, with a strike rate of 193.83, while Jemimah ended the series as second highest run scorer of the series.

While Sri Lanka failed to put at least one 130+ total in the middle, Indian batters chased down the scores with approximately 8 overs remaining in every match.
