Shan Masood is a prominent Pakistani international cricketer, widely recognised for his role as a left-handed opening batter and current captain of Pakistan’s Test team. Born on October 14, 1989, Masood made his Test debut in 2013 and gradually established himself as a reliable top-order player. In the PSL 2026 clash between Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars at Gaddafi Stadium on April 3, Masood displayed his aggressive side. He scored a quickfire 44 off 18 balls, hitting 7 fours and 1 six at a strike rate exceeding 240. His innings provided a strong start before he was dismissed by Mustafizur Rahman.
