Ex-Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan is all set to marry long-time girlfriend Sophie Shine. Dhawan and Shine's wedding will be held in the month of February in New Delhi. Hindustan Times reported that a large attendance of cricket and movie stars is expected at the wedding.
This comes after months of speculation surrounding the couple's present status. Shine was first spotted with Dhawan on the stands at the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Shikhar-Sophie's relationship
Shikhar and Sophie have reportedly been living together for more than a year and are believed to be serious about their future together. Sophie has been by Shikhar's side during important phases of his recent career and even shared moments from IPL 2024, when he was playing for Punjab Kings.

Shikhar was earlier married to Ayesha Mukherjee, who lives in Australia. They have an 11-year-old son, Zoravar Dhawan. Recently, Shikhar appeared to confirm that he is in a new relationship while speaking at a public conclave. Although he did not reveal his partner’s name, he openly spoke about finding companionship again.
The couple has been a favourite on social media after they started posting reels together.
Who is Sophie Shine?
Sophie Shine, 35, was born in Ireland. Presently based in Abu Dhabi, Shine is a Product Consultant at Northern Trust Corporation. Shine has a strong corporate background and is in a senior leadership role in the organisation, Sunday Guardian reported.

An alumnus of Marketing and Management at the Limerick Institute of Technology, she was also a student at Castleroy College in Ireland.
The Shikhar Dhawan Foundation is now led by Sophie Shine. The NGO is the philanthropic wing of Dhawan's conglomerate Da One Sports. Recently, Dhawan released his autobiography titled 'The One: My Life and More.'
