A strange twist from Hyderabad is now making waves online. A post shared on Facebook by Prayag Tiwari is now circulating online for the sheer irony it carries. A Hyderabad man who lost his bike months ago reportedly found it again in the most unexpected way, not through a police update, but in a traffic challan image.
However, News Ei Samay has not independently verified the authenticity of the claims made in the viral post.
āIn Hyderabad, a manās bike was stolen 3 months ago from Habeeb Nagar area, he immediately went to the police station and filed an FIR, hoping they would find it soon. Days passed⦠then weeks⦠then months. No update. Slowly, he accepted that his bike was probably gone foreverā, the post reads. But what happened next...
A challan brings an unexpected clue
As per the post, in a surprising turn, the man recently received a traffic challan. Confused, he checked the details, as he had not used the bike since it was stolen. What he found raised eyebrows. The challan included a photo of the violation, clearly showing his missing bike on the road.

More striking was the image itself. The person riding the bike was visible in the photo, appearing to use it as if it were his own. The post pointed out the irony that while the bike could not be traced for months, a traffic camera managed to capture both the vehicle and the rider in a single frame.
Reactions range from logic to laughs
The story has triggered a mix of reactions online. Some users pointed to possible resale, lack of awareness, or document tampering.
