Munawar announced the arrival of his daughter with a heartfelt post on Instagram with a caption that said, "Ghar barkat aayi. Blessed Alhmdulillah dua mai khas yaad rakhe!" with a few more pictures from the hospital.
In the most highlighted image, Mehzabeen could be seen holding the little one in her arms.
Munawar's comments about his second marriage
In one of the episodes of the vlog made by Farah Khan, Munawar mentioned his marriage story. According to Munawar, he got married to Mehzabeen due to his son.

After being taunted about his hidden second marriage, to which the stand-up comedian replied, "The thing is, the person with whom I got married, the date got fixed just a month before it. I did not know her when I went to Bigg Boss. People tend to think so much about my life, and I can't feed into that gossip."
Munawar also added, "When I came out of Bigg Boss, I was busy with a lot of work. At that time, Mikael was living with my sister then. He was with me for a week, and we spent a lot of time together. When he was leaving, I felt like I didn't want him to go. I felt that he needed me. That time, he kept hugging me the whole time. I felt that he needed me.”
Further, he said, "At that point, I wondered what I could do to keep him with me. For him, I took that decision. Even her (Mehzabeen’s) situation was quite similar to mine. She has a 10-year-old daughter. I asked her the next day, 'Are you okay marrying me?' I stayed with that decision the whole night. I felt that Mikael should stay with me; I was just praying for that."

Story behind Munawar and Mehzabeen
Munawar Faruqui got married to makeup artist Mehzabeen Coatwaala in 2024. Previously, Munawar had been married to Jasmine, who bore him one son named Mikael. On the other hand, Mehzabeen has one daughter named Samaira from her previous marriage.
Munawar, who is also a singer, is mostly renowned for being a stand-up comedian. In more recent times, Munawar appeared in the web series called First Copy. Besides that, last year Munawar hosted Pati Patni Aur Panga.
