US President Donald Trump has once again sparked debate over his health after a video showed him appearing to struggle while getting down the stairs of Air Force One.
The clip, widely shared on social media, was recorded as he arrived at Mar-a-Lago on Saturday, March 21.
In the video, Trump is seen walking cautiously down the steps, appearing to move slowly and even pausing midway. Some viewers felt he looked unsteady and tired, leading to fresh speculation about his physical condition. In recent months, there has been growing scrutiny over his health, with people pointing to visible signs such as swollen ankles and discoloured hands.
Trump, however, has dismissed such concerns in the past, citing a report from White House physician Ronny Jackson, who described him as the âhealthiest president.â
Video triggers online reactions
The viral clip drew strong reactions from users on X. âWow! Trump really is looking old, tired and disheveled - he can barely make it down the steps of Air Force One!â one user wrote while sharing the video.
Several others also commented on his health. âItâs time to come clean about his health,â one user said, while another wrote, âMaybe he'll fall and break his neck.â
One user went for a very critical opinion,"Too many hamburgers, I remember President Biden flying to Ukraine, returning the next day and giving a rally. I used to say he's like the old Irishman on the train that sleeps standing up with his cap over his eyes. Trump is getting old and his brain is muddled."
A third added, âTrump is getting old and his brain is muddled.â
Some users were more critical, with comments like, âThe weight of his bad decisions are catching up with himâŠâ and âShame if he fell down all those stairs.â Another user remarked, âPretty soon heâll attempt to ban cameras.â
Another mocked, "All that's missing is a strong gust of wind."

Another recent moment raises questions
The video comes just a day after another clip showed Trump seemingly struggling to sit down during a Friday morning ceremony. In that footage, he appeared to hold onto a table for support and adjusted himself awkwardly before sitting.
