The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) announced the results of the CS Professional examination for the December 2025 session on February 25. Candidates who appeared for the examination can access their results through the official website icsi.edu.

Candidates can follow a few simple steps to download their scorecards online:
Visit the official website icsi.edu.
Click on the CS December 2025 result link available on the homepage.
Enter roll number and registration details.

View the result displayed on the screen.
Download and save the scorecard for future reference.
To access the e-result-cum-marks statement, candidates must enter their roll number and date of birth.
ICSI has clarified that no physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement will be issued for the Executive Programme, reported NDTV. However, candidates who appeared for the Professional Programme will receive their result-cum-marks statements at their registered postal addresses.
Next examination schedule announced
The institute has also released details of the upcoming examination cycle. The next CS Executive and Professional Programme examinations under the 2022 syllabus are scheduled to be conducted from June 1 to June 7, 2026.
The examinations will take place in the morning session from 9 am to 12.15 pm. Candidates will be provided an additional 15 minutes of reading time between 9 am and 9.15 am before the exam begins.
ICSI has reserved June 8, 9 and 10, 2026, as contingency dates in case exams need to be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances.

Programme structure and subjects
The Executive Programme includes subjects such as Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws, Company Law and Practice, Capital Market and Securities Laws, Tax Laws and Practice, and Corporate Accounting and Financial Management, divided across two groups.
The Professional Programme covers advanced areas, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency, Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances, and Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence. Certain papers in the Professional Programme are conducted as Open Book Examinations, with candidates required to select electives from a prescribed list.
