The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations has confirmed the declaration of ICSE Class X and ISC Class XII Year 2026 results on April 30 at 11:00 AM. As stated, âThe Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) will declare the Results of the ICSE (CLASS X) and the ISC (CLASS XII) Year 2026 Main Examinations on 30th April 2026 at 11:00 AM.â
Students can access their scores through the official portals https://cisce.org and https://results.cisce.org.
How to check ICSE, ISC results online
To view results, candidates need to choose the relevant course option, ICSE or ISC, from the dropdown menu. After that, they must enter their Unique ID, Index Number and CAPTCHA. The result page will also include an option to download or print the scorecard.
Apart from the main website, results are also accessible through DigiLocker. Students must visit https://results.digilocker.gov.in, select the CISCE section, and enter details such as Index Number, Unique ID and Date of Birth to retrieve their marks.

Access for schools via CAREERS portal
Schools can log in to the CAREERS portal using the principalâs credentials to access detailed result records. The platform allows institutions to check reports, download the tabulation register and view comparison data for analysis.
For assistance, schools may contact the council via email or helpline as mentioned: âFor any queries about the Results, the schools may contact CISCE Helpdesk at helpdesk@cisce.org or call on 1800-203-2414.â
Recheck process and important dates
Candidates who wish to request a recheck can apply between May 1 and May 4, 2026. Applications can be submitted through the âPublic Servicesâ section after logging into the CISCE service portal.
The council has stated, âThe Recheck module will be activated a day after the Declaration of Main Examination Results, i.e. 1st May 2026 and will be available till 4th May 2026.â
The fee is âč1,000 per paper for ICSE and âč1,000 per subject for ISC.

Re-evaluation and improvement exam schedule
Students not satisfied after recheck can opt for re-evaluation of answer scripts. This option will open after recheck results are declared and remain available for three days. The fee is âč1,500 per paper or subject and is non-refundable. Results of re-evaluation will be released within three weeks.
Candidates aiming to improve their scores can appear for the improvement examination in up to three subjects. The exams will begin on June 15, 2026.
