Correction window for NEET UG 2026 retest opened by National Testing Agency, giving candidates a chance to make changes in their current address and examine city preference before appearing in the retest in June.

The correction facility became active on May 15 and will remain open till May 21, 2026, up to 11:50 PM, on the official website.

As per NTA, students will have an option to change both first and second preferences of examination city. In case a candidate does not want to make changes, then his/her previous selection will remain unchanged.

Only limited details can be edited

Officials further stated that no requests for corrections would be accepted after the May 21 deadline, urging candidates to carefully verify their details before final submission.

The move comes ahead of the NEET UG 2026 re-examination, which was announced after controversy surrounding the earlier examination process and allegations linked to irregularities.

Re-exam scheduled for June 21
