The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 12 board exam results 2026 on May 13. Students who appeared for the All-India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) can now check their scorecards on the official websites cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in.
Apart from the official websites, students can also check their results through DigiLocker, UMANG app, and IVRS services. Lakhs of students from Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams appeared for the exams held between February and April in India and abroad.
How can students check their results online
Students can access their provisional marksheets by entering their roll number, school number, admit card ID, and security code on the official result portals. The online scorecard contains subject-wise marks, grades, total marks obtained, and qualifying status.

Candidates are advised to carefully verify all personal and academic details mentioned in the marksheet after downloading it. The board has clarified that the digital copy will remain provisional until schools issue the original documents.
Where else are the results available
To reduce website traffic and improve accessibility, CBSE has also made the results available through DigiLocker, UMANG application, and IVRS facilities. Students facing delays on official websites can use these alternative platforms to access their marksheets quickly.
How to check scores on official websites
To check the CBSE Class 12 result, students first need to visit the official website cbseresults.nic.in. On the homepage, click on the Class 12 result link and enter details like registration number and date of birth to log in. After submitting the details, the result will appear on the screen.
