The teaser, unveiled on the occasion of Ram Charan’s 42nd birthday on Friday, March 27, where a group of wrestlers are seen to be sharpening their skills on the wrestling pit.
The most striking factor from the 45-second video was the first look at Ram Charan. The actor is seen in a raw, ripped, and a never seen before avatar with chiselled features and an aura as strong as a rock.

Fans were absolutely thrilled to see the teaser featuring Ram Charan, which was not at all a surprise considering the nationwide love and admiration the actor has gained over the years.

The fans have taken their reactions to Ram Charan’s first look all over social media, some commenting, “Ram Charan Anna’s Muscular Body Physic Transformation Uff Fire!" while another commented, “So energetic." A third fan wrote, “Another masterpiece loading." Several fans also wished him on his birthday.
During the shooting of Peddi, Ram Charan had recently suffered an eye injury; however, the makers have assured fans that he is safe and will resume work shortly. An official statement was released by the team on March 25, addressing concerns after reports of the incident surfaced earlier in the day. The statement clarified that the injury occurred during filming and required a minor medical procedure. However, the actor is now doing well and is expected to return to the sets without any disruption to the shoot schedule.

Peddi on theatres soon
The Buchi Babu Sana-directed movie, starring Janhvi Kapoor, Kannada superstar Shivarajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyenndu alongside Ram Charan, is said to hit the theatres worldwide on April 30, 2026. Fans are eager, while some have already claimed Peddi to be a masterpiece.
