Drinking too much coffee increases the stress hormone, cortisol. Sleep-related problems may arise. When cortisol hormone levels fluctuate, sebum secretion increases. How much coffee is safe?
Nutritionists say one to two cups of coffee per day is sufficient. Drinking more coffee than that will have the opposite effect. However, on some days, you might end up drinking one or two extra cups of coffee. To avoid skin damage, you must drink adequate amounts of water. Then there won't be any problems.
