Easy recipe for Hyderabadi red chicken
Ingredients
1 kg chicken, 3 large onions chopped, a handful of cashews, 1 spoon coconut chopped, 250 grams sour yogurt, 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons garam masala powder, 2 teaspoons black pepper powder, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 4-5 green chilies, 2 tablespoons ghee, 1 tablespoon fresh cream, 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves.

Method
Chop the onions. Fry them in plain oil to make birista. Now mix the birista with cashews, sour yogurt, and chopped coconut to make a fine paste. Use a little water if needed. The smoother this paste is, the more delicious the chicken gravy will be.

Now marinate the chicken. Mix the nut-yogurt paste with the chicken along with all the powdered spices and ginger-garlic paste. Also add chili sauce, soy sauce, green chilies, chopped onions, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix the chicken well with all the ingredients. Let it marinate for 2 hours.
Now heat the ghee. Add the marinated meat to it. Now sauté it well. Cover and cook the chicken. You won't need to add any water at all. The meat will cook in steam. Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves on top and remove from heat. Hyderabadi Red Chicken is ready.
