What types of snacks should you eat at the office?

You frequently drink tea and coffee at the office. Many people drink tea and coffee with milk and sugar. Along with that, they also eat various snacks, including biscuits. Siddharth has mentioned that this habit needs to be curbed. You need to develop the habit of drinking tea and coffee without sugar. Instead of biscuits and chips, keep dry fruits in your office drawer.

Many people sip fruit juice while sitting at the office. Fruit juice contains only carbohydrates and minerals. Vitamins and fibre are lost. So develop the habit of eating whole fruits instead of fruit juice. Fruits that can be eaten with their peel should be eaten that way. The role of fruits is essential in controlling weight and reducing disease risk.

In the afternoon, when hungry, you can eat puffed rice or flattened rice fried. But avoid fried foods like samosas, kachoris, and dal vadas. These types of foods also increase weight. Besides, you can eat Greek yoghurt at noon. Greek yoghurt is rich in probiotics and full of protein.
