Kidney patients

Chia seeds contain components like potassium, phosphorus, and oxalates. These can create kidney stones. Moreover, if you don't drink adequate water, kidney problems increase further. Therefore, kidney patients need to be cautious before consuming chia seeds. Consult with a doctor if necessary.
