KTM has pushed the boundaries of what a production motorcycle can be with the unveiling of the 1390 Super Duke RR Track, a machine designed with one purpose and one purpose only. This is not a road bike adapted for track use. It is a pure circuit weapon, engineered from the ground up to meet racing demands and deliver uncompromised performance.

Built for the racetrack, not the road

Unlike its road-going siblings, the RR Track skips all street-legal equipment and focuses entirely on compliance with FIM racetrack standards. KTM has stripped away anything unnecessary and replaced it with components that prioritise speed, control and precision.

At its core sits a 1,350cc V-twin engine producing a staggering 198 bhp and 151 Nm of torque. Paired with a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system, the motorcycle not only gains performance but also sheds weight, making it the most powerful production model the brand has ever created.

Extreme weight savings and race hardware

Weight reduction is a key highlight. The RR Track is 9 kg lighter than the standard KTM 1390 Super Duke RR and a full 20 kg lighter than the KTM 1390 Super Duke R. This has been achieved through extensive use of carbon fibre bodywork, forged magnesium wheels and titanium components.

The bike is equipped with top-tier hardware across the board. Suspension duties are handled by WP Pro Components derived from MotoGP technology, while braking is managed by a high-end Brembo setup featuring GP4 MS monobloc callipers and T-Drive discs. It rides on Michelin slick tyres, underlining its pure track intent.

Rider-focused ergonomics and design

KTM has also reworked the ergonomics to suit aggressive riding. The fuel tank is shaped to provide better grip under braking and cornering, while the lower handlebar improves front-end feedback and control. A single race seat mounted on a carbon-fibre undertray further reinforces its no-compromise approach.

Ultra-exclusive production

Only 100 units of the 1390 Super Duke RR Track will be produced worldwide, with availability expected through select European dealers starting May 2026. Pricing has not been revealed, but exclusivity and performance clearly take precedence over cost.

This motorcycle is less about everyday usability and more about engineering a statement. For those who live for the racetrack, it represents KTM at its most extreme.
