In the corporate world, people are increasingly becoming machines due to work pressure and the rush to meet targets. In many cases, leave is not granted even when there are physical ailments or family problems. Due salaries are also not received on time. Such an incident occurred with a senior female employee of a private bank. The employee had requested a few days' leave from the office to care for her sick mother. Far from granting leave, the manager gave such a response that she was shocked. Ultimately, to maintain her self-respect, the employee was forced to quit her job.

An employee of that bank has shared the entire incident on social media platform Reddit. He revealed that his colleague had applied for a few days' leave due to her mother's illness. The other office employees were also shocked to hear such a response from the manager. After this, the bank employee resigned from her position. Having devoted years to the organization, she no longer wanted to work there after witnessing the cruel behavior of the authorities during her time of crisis.
