The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the Class 10 results for 2026, with students able to access their marks online through official platforms such as DigiLocker and the UMANG app. Once declared, results will be available on the official website results.cbse.nic.in.

DigiLocker access without APAAR ID

Students who do not have an APAAR ID can still download their marksheet through DigiLocker. To begin, they need to visit the DigiLocker CBSE services portal and click on “Get Started.” After entering details along with the access code provided by their school, students must verify their mobile number via OTP.

Once the account is activated, the digital marksheet will be automatically available under the “Issued Documents” section after the result announcement. Students can download and use it for academic purposes.

Steps to check result via UMANG

Results can also be accessed through the UMANG app. Students need to log in using their mobile number, search for “CBSE Board,” select their class, and enter their roll number and date of birth. The scorecard will then be displayed on the screen and can be downloaded for future use.

Marksheet first, certificate later

CBSE has clarified that only the marksheet will be issued after the first board exam. The passing certificate will be released after the second board examination cycle. However, students can use the initial marksheet for Class 11 admissions, and schools have been instructed not to deny admission on this basis.

With multiple digital options in place, students can access their results quickly without waiting for physical documents.
