A 20-year-old student, who was preparing for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) died due to a fall from a building in the city of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Reports from The Economic Times indicate that incident came just days before the rescheduled NEET-UG exam, which is why police has commenced investigation into the circumstances of the death.

Incident under investigation
In the wake of allegations of irregularities in the original test, the student was to appear for the NEET-UG examination again. In response to the information received about the fall, police were able to reach the location and begin an investigation.
The exact circumstances in which the incident occurred has yet to be determined, officials have said to the Hindustan Times. The investigation is taking place after considering evidence, and interviewing family members and associates. So far, no conclusion has been made.
