While rubbing your eyes, you start checking notifications. Before stretching, you scroll through social media. This is a daily habit. But do you know what impact this habit is having on your body? No matter how much you drink warm water on an empty stomach in the morning or exercise, the habit of looking at your mobile with sleepy eyes creates immense pressure on both body and mind.

Creates pressure on the brain

The brain also rests during sleep. It remains in delta mode then. When waking up, it reaches theta mode. That is, a drowsy state prevails. After this comes alpha mode, when your sleep breaks but the brain is still not active. The level at which the brain becomes active is called beta mode. But if you start using your mobile as soon as you open your eyes, seeing information one after another, the brain has to suddenly become active. That is, the brain moves directly from delta mode to beta mode. This creates a kind of pressure on the brain.
