TVS Motor Company has expanded its popular Raider lineup with a feature-rich update, introducing a new TFT display variant along with refreshed colour options. The move aims to strengthen the appeal of the Raider 125 in the highly competitive commuter-sport segment.
New variant and striking colour palette
The headline addition is the new TFT DD variant, priced at Rs 98,550 (ex-showroom), which brings a premium feel to the TVS Raider 125 range. Alongside this, TVS has introduced a fresh Nitro Green shade, joining existing options like Metallic Blue and Striking Red.

The new colour scheme gives the bike a sharper road presence, with the green tone dominating the front section and complemented by sporty graphics. The contrast between the coloured front wheel and blacked-out rear alloy adds to its visual appeal.
Fully digital TFT display takes centre stage
The biggest upgrade is the full-colour TFT console, designed with a modern, high-contrast interface that enhances readability. It offers a more premium, cockpit-like experience compared to the earlier LCD unit.

Riders can access a wide range of smart features including call alerts, turn-by-turn navigation and over 99 connected functions. Additional utilities such as weather updates, ride analytics and even live sports scores further push the Raider into a more tech-focused space.
Features and hardware remain strong
Beyond the display, the Raider continues with its established feature set, including LED lighting, single-channel ABS, Glide Through Traffic technology and a side-stand engine cut-off system. The SXC DD trim continues with the reverse LCD display but still offers a wide suite of connected features.
Powering the bike is a 124.8cc air and oil-cooled engine producing 11.38 PS and 11.2 Nm, paired with a five-speed gearbox. The setup remains tuned for a balance of everyday usability and spirited riding.
Sharpening its edge in the 125cc battle
With these updates, the Raider strengthens its position against rivals like the Honda CB125 Hornet and the Bajaj Pulsar NS125. By combining sporty styling with segment-leading tech, TVS is clearly targeting younger riders who want more than just basic commuting.
The new TFT variant signals how even entry-level performance bikes are evolving, where connectivity and design now play as big a role as performance.
