A post by 15-year-old founder Thomas Guthrie has gone viral on X sparking widespread discussion about changing workplace norms.

The Runwise founder revealed he hired a 38-year-old as his first employee, highlighting an unusual age gap.

He wrote on X, “I just hired my first employee. He's 38, I'm 15."

Guthrie said the move reflects how the internet is reshaping careers. “The internet has broken the traditional career ladder,” he added. The post quickly gained traction, drawing attention to evolving ideas around work and success.
