CBSE will also be closing the submission window for requesting a Class 12 re-evaluation and mark verification process on Saturday night, offering one last chance to get a review done on their answer scripts.
As per a notification issued by the CBSE via their official social media handles, applications can be filed at the CBSE post-results services portal up to 11:59 pm on June 7.

This process would enable candidates to challenge the marking of their answer scripts or verify the marks awarded in the Class 12 Board Examination 2026.
Re-evaluation available only after answer sheet access
CBSE has clarified that only students who have already obtained scanned copies of their evaluated answer books are eligible to apply for re-evaluation.
The process allows candidates to identify specific questions they believe may have been incorrectly evaluated and seek a fresh review. Since re-evaluation is conducted on a question-wise basis, students are advised to carefully examine their answer sheets before submitting requests.

The board introduced the revised post-result process to provide greater transparency and enable students to review evaluated responses before opting for re-evaluation.

Fee and application process
It is mandatory that candidates applying for re-evaluation must pay Rs. 100 for each question. This can be done online on the CBSE post result services portal by using the requisite log in details and filling up the form by selecting their respective subjects and questions along with making the necessary payment.
In addition to this, students have been instructed to download the confirmation page which will be helpful to them for future reference. This notice has been issued against the backdrop of increasing requests for post result services with several students facing problems regarding access to the portal.
With only hours left to meet the deadline, candidates should ensure that they complete this task.
