Aditya Dhar's "Dhurandhar: The Revenge," starring Ranveer Singh, has reported a strong opening at the domestic box office by reaching close to the 150-crore mark on the first day of its release.
According to estimates from Sacnilk, the film collected 102.55 crores net from the domestic box office on the first day of its release (March 19) and 43 crores from the paid previews of the film held on the previous day (March 18).

Therefore, the domestic net box office collection of the film now stands at 145.55 crores, while the gross box office collection of the film is approximately 172.63 crores. The film has been released in various languages. It has reported a sharp increase in box office collections from the previews of the film. Although the film's shows have been reported to be delayed due to technical issues.
Collections across languages show Hindi dominance
A language-wise breakdown of the film’s earnings highlights the dominance of the Hindi version. The film collected ₹99.10 crore from Hindi shows alone, which were screened across nearly 19,500 shows nationwide.
Among other languages, Telugu contributed ₹2.12 crore from over 1,100 shows, while Tamil brought in ₹1.16 crore. Malayalam and Kannada versions registered comparatively lower collections, earning ₹0.09 crore and ₹0.08 crore respectively.
Strong opening despite early hurdles
The film’s paid previews on March 18 had generated significant buzz, collecting ₹43 crore even as several screenings faced delays and cancellations across regions. Despite these setbacks, the film’s opening day surge suggests sustained audience interest.
