Goa Board HSSC Result 2026 out with 92.9% pass rate — check your score now

The Goa Board has announced the HSSC Result 2026, with a pass percentage of 92.9%. Students can now check their scores online using official websites or SMS services.

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has announced the Class 12 (HSSC) Result 2026. Students who appeared for the exams can now access their scores through the official websites: gbshse.in and results.gbshsegoa.net.

Result declared with strong performance

This year, the board recorded an overall pass percentage of 92.9 per cent. Out of 17,283 students who appeared for the examination, 16,067 candidates cleared it successfully. The results include 7,538 boys and 8,529 girls, reflecting consistent performance across streams, reported The Times of India.

The results were officially declared during a press conference held at the board’s office in Porvorim at 5 pm.

Exam details

The Goa HSSC exams for arts, commerce, science and vocational streams were conducted from February 10 to February 27, 2026. Practical examinations had concluded earlier in January.

More than 17,000 students appeared for the exams and can now check their marks online or through SMS services.

Students can follow these steps to access their results:

Open the official Goa Board website - gbshse.gov.in

Click on the Goa Board HSSC result 2026 link.

Enter the required details.

Submit the information.

The result will appear on the screen.

Save and download the result for future use

To check and download the result, students will need their seat number, school index number, registration ID and captcha. These details are available on the admit cards issued for the examination.

Access through multiple platforms

Apart from the official websites, the board has also enabled SMS services to ensure students can access their results even in areas with limited internet connectivity.
