Franchise planned as a two-part story
According to available information, the Dhurandhar series was conceived as a two-part project, with The Revenge serving as the concluding chapter.
Industry sources and the makers have not indicated any expansion beyond the second instalment. The viral clip is not part of the official film and appears to have been created to capitalise on the film’s popularity.
The end credits of Dhurandhar 2 instead extend certain narrative threads; a device commonly used in large-scale franchises without committing to a sequel.
