The Indian Space Research Organisation’s Space Applications Centre (ISRO SAC) has announced its recruitment drive for 2026, inviting applications for Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ and ‘SD’ posts in various technical disciplines. A total of 49 vacancies have been notified, and interested candidates can already submit their applications through the SAC recruitment portal.
The recruitment aims to strengthen ISRO SAC’s scientific and technical workforce in key research and application-oriented domains. The entire process is being conducted online.

Complete the registration to obtain a registration number
Log in and select the relevant Scientist/Engineer post code
Fill in personal, academic, and examination details and upload documents
Pay the application fee through the Bharatkosh portal and submit the form
Eligibility, selection process and pay scale
The age limit varies by postcode, ranging from 18–28 years to 18–35 years. Required qualifications include BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MSc, or PhD, depending on the discipline, with specific percentage or CGPA criteria.
Selection for the SD category will be through shortlisting and an interview, while for the SC category, it will be through a written test followed by an interview. Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 10 or Pay Level 11, with a salary of Rs 56,100 to Rs 2,08,700.
