Singer Sunidhi Chauhan concluded her 'I Am Home India' tour with a grand finale in Kolkata on March 25. The concert saw the singer deliver a high-energy performance, with fans turning up in large numbers to witness the closing show of the tour.

Technical glitch briefly halts performance

During the concert, a technical issue with Sunidhi's collar mic interrupted the performance. The singer paused briefly to address the issue and attempted to continue using a hand-held mic. A member of the organising team soon stepped onto the stage to assist her.

Despite the interruption, the atmosphere inside the venue remained charged. Instead of losing momentum, the audience responded in an unexpected way.

Fans keep the energy alive

As the singer dealt with the glitch, fans continued singing along, ensuring the performance did not come to a halt. The crowd’s response helped maintain the energy of the concert, turning the moment into a highlight of the evening.

She informed fans through Instagram, "Dear Kolkata, as some of you may be aware via clips from my last show in Lucknow, I am regretfully suffering from a severe throat infection and, on my doctor’s advice of complete vocal rest, I have had to take the difficult decision of rescheduling the March 14 'I AM HOME' concert to March 25 to allow full recovery and give you all the performance you deserve."

Special moment for Kolkata audience

During the performance, the singer also surprised attendees by singing Bengali songs, which received a warm response from the local audience. The concert ultimately ended on a memorable note, with fans playing an active role in keeping the show alive.
