The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to declare the results of the CTET Result 2026 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 shortly. Candidates who appeared for the test can check and download their scorecards from the official website of the CBSE at ctet.nic.in.
The results are awaited by thousands of aspirants across the nation. After the release, candidates can log in with their credentials to check their marks
Qualifying marks and criteria
The total marks of the CTET exam are 150. The qualifying marks for the exam are 90 marks, which is 60 per cent, for the unreserved category. However, the qualifying marks for reserved category students are 82.5, which is 55 per cent.

The students clearing Paper 1 of the exam are eligible to teach students of Classes 1 to 5. The students clearing Paper 2 of the exam are eligible to teach students of Classes 6 to 8.
CTET certificate validity
The CBSE awards certificates to the applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria. The certificates have now been given lifetime validity rather than the previous seven-year term. The certificates are a basic eligibility criterion for recruitment in central government schools and other similar institutions.
Along with the results, CBSE will release the CTET 2026 toppers list. Candidates will be able to check the list on the official website once it is made available.
