Fans of Dhurandhar 2 are still finding hidden details in the film. First it was Ranveer Singh's Rolex. Now, the lavish bungalow belonging to characters Hamza and Yalina has caught everyone's attention online.

The house shown in the film is not a Pakistani set. It is a real property situated in Amritsar, Punjab. Architecture firm 23DC Architects confirmed this through an Instagram post.

The architects speak

The Amritsar-based firm identified the property as their own project, named Ananda. They shared images of the house and confirmed its appearance in the film.

"That house from @adityadharfilms #dhurandhartherevenge? It's actually in #punjab! We're delighted to see our project, Ananda, featured on the big screen in this cinematic masterpiece," the firm wrote in their caption.

Design, inside and outside

As per the Instagram post of 23DC Architects, the house was built with landscape preservation as a priority. It also holds on to Indian design sensibilities within a contemporary framework. From the outside, the house gives an impression of a clean, modern facade in muted grey tones and wooden detailing. As you walk in, the courtyard opens up with stone sculptures, trimmed lawns, and stone-cobbled flooring.

Inside, a double-height layout gives everything room to breathe. Bedrooms lean towards comfort with minimal styling. Modern lighting, central cooling, generous wardrobes, attached bathrooms, and neutral furniture complete the interiors. According to 23DC Architects, "Throughout the residence, light meets space in a thoughtful rhythm. Courtyards open like pauses in poetry, gardens weave through the structure, and traditional craftsmanship quietly supports contemporary design."

The reveal quickly caught attention on social media. Fans flooded the comments section of 23dc architects' Instagram post with reactions. "Grand movie. Grand characters. Grand story. Super-grand house," wrote one user. Another simply said, "Wowwww." A third user commented, "Nice design. Appreciate."
