A man was beaten up, his wife was allegedly molested, and their son was undressed naked on a street and beaten up by a group of 4 men in Delhi's Laxmi Nagar. The police have obtained CCTV footage of the incident that happened on January 2.
Who were attacked?
According to NDTV, the police said Rajesh Garg, who was beaten by the men, runs a gym with his wife in the basement of his house. Garg mentioned that the gym's caretaker, Satish Yadav, defrauded them and took over the commercial venture. On January 2, Garg and his wife proceeded to the basement to enquire about a water leak, when Yadav and some men also walked down. Garg mentioned the men punched and kicked him and molested his wife. When his son came to check on them, the men caught hold of him, took him to the street outside their house and stripped him.

Police action on the incident
In the FIR, Rajesh’s wife mentioned that the men pulled her by her hair, struck her in the face, and kicked and pushed her to the road outside their house. Satish Yadav has been arrested. Three others identified as Vikas Yadav, Shubham Yadav, and Omkar Yadav, are on the run.

Garg's wife said she employed Satish Yadav as the gym's caretaker and never provided him with any ownership rights. She mentioned that their requests to him to leave, after he had argued ownership, often led to violent behaviour earlier. "They dragged him (her husband) into the gym, stripped him, and beat him with iron rods. They threatened to end his bloodline," she said in the FIR.
Their son suffered head injuries and a broken tooth. Garg has swelling on the left side of the face and is facing difficulty opening his mouth, with multiple bruises on the face and forehead.
