Golden Legend Leasing and Finance shares will be in focus during Monday's trading session. This is a penny stock. Its share price is less than ₹10. The company's board has decided to allocate convertible warrants. That's why this stock may remain in focus even amid volatile conditions.

According to exchange filings, the company has allocated a total of 6 crore 63 lakh 51 thousand convertible warrants. These have been given to non-promoter category investors. For this allocation, the company has received approximately ₹21 crore 49 lakh as a 25 per cent advance.

Each warrant can be converted into equity shares at a 1:1 ratio. The face value of each share is ₹10. The issue price of warrants has been set at ₹12.96.

A total of 23 non-promoter investors have received this allocation. Among them, Spunwell Technology Private Limited has received the highest number of warrants. The number of warrants they received is 1 crore 6 lakh 50 thousand. Besides, Mariango Trading, Sandarv Trading and Ultimate Annex Trading have received significant amounts of warrants.

However, this NBFC stock's performance has been weak recently. The price has fallen by approximately 12.20 per cent in the last 5 days and 21 per cent in one month. In the last 6 months, the company's share price has dropped by 34.77 per cent. Though in the last year, this stock's price has increased by 16 per cent. On Friday, the stock market witnessed a significant crash. But even amid that, the company's share price closed at ₹8.78, up 7.60 per cent.
