Prime Video drops its biggest Indian slate ever—55 titles revealed at once

At its 2026 showcase, Prime Video revealed an expansive lineup of series and films, highlighting its growing investment in Indian storytelling and regional content.

Prime Video has announced its biggest-ever Indian Originals lineup at the 'Prime Video Presents 2026' event, revealing nearly 55 new series and films across languages, genres and formats. The slate reflects the platform's growing focus on India as a key content hub.

A wide mix of stories and collaborations

The new lineup brings together collaborations with leading production houses such as Dharmatic Entertainment, Excel Entertainment, Tiger Baby Films, Abundantia Entertainment, The Viral Fever and Wallwatcher Films. Prime Video also confirmed fresh partnerships with HRX Films and Eternal Sunshine Productions, expanding its creative network.

Among the standout titles are The Revolutionaries, directed by Nikkhil Advani and starring Bhuvan Bam, Matka King featuring Vijay Varma, Raakh with Ali Fazal and Sonali Bendre, and Vansh – The Kalyug Warriors, described as India's first homegrown Hindi superhero streaming series.

Popular shows return with new seasons

The platform is also building on existing hits, with new seasons of Farzi, Panchayat, Call Me Bae, Dupahiya, Dahaad and The Traitors in the pipeline. This continued focus on returning titles signals a strong push towards franchise-led storytelling.

Prime Video is further widening its regional footprint with Telugu and Tamil titles such as Guvvala Cheruvu Ghat, Exam, Vadhandhi Season 2 and Inspector Rishi Season 2. A Telugu adaptation of The Traitors has also been announced.

In addition, Amazon MGM Studios India revealed a theatrical slate, marking a deeper entry into cinema. The lineup includes Raftaar starring Rajkummar Rao and Keerthy Suresh, VIBE directed by Kunal Kemmu, Dilkashi with music by A. R. Rahman, Nayyi Navelli featuring Yami Gautam, and Kuku Ki Kundli starring Bhuvan Bam and Wamiqa Gabbi.



India at the centre of global growth

And our Indian content is resonating globally among customers as well, over half of the most-watched Top 50 non-English titles in 2025 came from Prime Video India."

With a mix of Originals, theatrical releases and licensed content, Prime Video is aiming to strengthen its position in India while taking local stories to a wider global audience.
