Another controversy surrounding Poonam Pandey has started making the rounds on the internet after she recently shared a series of Instagram posts where she can be seen flaunting her baby bump. Although she posted these images just before the arrival of April 1, social media users remain confused about the reality behind these images.
In the images, Poonam Pandey can be seen smiling and posing with her baby bump. While in one image, she is seen with her tee rolled up, in the other, she is seen with it pulled down. Along with the images, she has used several emojis, including the pregnant woman emoji, baby emoji, and the milk bottle emoji, among many others.

“Great prosthetic! Aren’t you a day ahead for April 1st?” one user commented, while another wrote, “What? Seriously?”
Others suggested the images could be AI-generated or part of a planned stunt.
Past stunt adds to scepticism
The reason behind the suspicion is the stunt Pandey pulled in 2024 when she posted on her social media handle that she had died from cervical cancer. She, however, quickly followed this with another statement that she was alive, with the intention of creating awareness about the condition.
In the video posted on her Instagram handle, Pandey stated, “I feel compelled to share something significant with you all — I am here, alive. Cervical cancer didn’t claim me.”

It is therefore not surprising that many people are questioning the news on her Instagram handle, especially with April Fool’s Day looming.
No confirmation yet
Pandey has not made an official statement regarding whether the news is true or not. This is fueling the suspicion among many people on various platforms.
It is not clear whether the photos posted on her Instagram handle are part of her personal life or another publicity stunt.
